Shipping Rates & Policies
- DC Online’s delivery policy is subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 (Seven) working days and handed over to a logistics or courier company for delivery through courier/ logistics company depending on the total size of the goods.
- Unless otherwise specified, the delivery fee will be charged when checking out.
- Where DC Online accepts your order, DC Online will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will credit you for the purchase price.
- For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, the parcel will be handed to the nearest depot for self-collection or a third party who might service certain routes of your area, and delivery time would be longer. In these circumstances, the courier will be in contact with the customer to arrange times of delivery. Purchased goods will be dispatched and transferred to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the Buyer's chosen delivery address in the same good order.
- DC Online’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. DC Online is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after it has been delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
The shipping cost depends on the distance of the selected destination.
